I have recently learned of Erik’s passing and I would like to express all of my condolences to his family. I wish I had known this wonderful person. As a fellow OCK member, I have orchestrated the following project to contribute to the loss of Erik Ahad:
I have my own budding business “Sami P.M. in the A.M.”, http://samipmintheam.storenvy.com/, and have the mission for all of the proceeds to go to my college fund. In this business, I have created the thick silicone bracelets, tote bags, and for a limited time, selling the music t-shirt collection passed down to me from my grandfather. I have recently experienced the loss of my grandfather and I know what mental toll it can take on the family of the deceased. This led to the idea of donating half of all profits from my sales in January and February to St. Jude’s Research Hospital in respect to the Ahad family’s wishes. Along with this project, I will need the support of the OCK group to spread the word and participate in this project.
